Do you offer a Warranty?

We take pride in our wallets and try to provide the best design to our customers. This is a "wear and tear" product. Gem Wallets sold on this website come with a 4 day limited warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing issues within the first 30 days on items purchased through Gem Wallets website (www.mygemwallet.com). If you are experiencing a manufacturing issue within 30 days of purchase please email (support@mygemwallet.com) and we will be happy to resolve it. Please include your first and last name, date of purchase, invoice number and description of the problem to help speed up the process. Keep in mind that our warranty does NOT cover wear and tear due to normal, proper use of this product. It does not cover defects created from accidents, scratching off of material, cracks due to usage, creases on bending parts, issues from wallet being strained from over stuffing, spills or zipper issues past the 30 day manufacturing warranty. All items purchased through a previous company or unauthorized retailer are also not covered under our warranty. 

 

 

What do I do if I have issues with my insert?

Email customer service at support@mygemwallet.com. Include a picture of the damaged insert. If it is within the 45-day manufacturing warranty a new one will be issued to you.

 

 

Are gem wallets sold anywhere other than online?

The majority of our sales are sold online however we do occasional expos. To see upcoming events please sign up for our newsletter on our website and you will be notified prior to the events. If you are a store and are interested in buying wholesale please contact GemWallets@mygemwallet.com.

 

 

Can I see the wallets in person?

We are primarily an online store. We do not arrange any pick-ups outside of shipping online. Occasionally we will do an expo. If you would like to be informed of any upcoming events or shows please sign up for our newsletter online through our website (www.mygemwallet.com). Gem Wallets participates in several retail expos around Utah each year. We will post each event where we are scheduled to attend on social media platforms and this page.

 

 

What are the wallets made of?

Our wallets are made of the highest quality of PU leather on the market. It is leather made from the inner splits of the hide finished with a polyurethane coating. This leather is made resistant to water penetration. This leather is croc embossed which makes for a beautiful, durable wallet provided in various colors.

 

 

Do you offer any styles or colors that are not available online?

We are an exclusive company. All of our inventory that we offer is available online. Our colors will be consistent. Black, Gray, Red, Teal, Yellow and Navy Blue at this time.We do not do special orders on any styles or colors outside of what is provided online. 

 

 

Will the magnets harm my credit cards?

After thorough testing we have found that the magnets will not harm your credit cards. We have positioned the magnet so as not to come in contact with any cards directly. Don’t worry your credit cards will not be harmed.

Shipping

All orders are shipped either USPS, Priority Mail or DHL Expedited. Please allow 2-3 business days after your order has been received for your package to be shipped. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped.

 

Gem Wallets is not responsible for lost or stolen items through shipment. If you do not receive your package please contact your local post office. Once orders are shipped allow an estimated 2-4 business days to receive your package. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. .

 

 

Returns

 

We will happily refund an unused item(s) with original packaging within 14 days of purchase date. If you would like to schedule a return, please email customer service at support@mygemwallet.com to arrange a return (this email must be within the 30 days). Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through Gem Wallets. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs as well as a $5 restocking/processing fee. Once item(s) are received and all items are accounted for, a refund will be issued to the buyer. Your refund will be issued in original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for return funds to appear. Package sent to Gem Wallets for a return must be post marked within the 14 days in order to receive the full return.

 

Exchanges

 

We have a 7-day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your item for a different item s please email support@mygemwallet.com: list subject as Exchange. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs as well as a $5 restocking fee. Please check website first to see what styles and colors are available at the time of your exchange. When you have shipped the package please email us the tracking number and list the wallet and style you currently have and the one you want to exchange it for so we can save it for you.
